  • Film, edit, and produce social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
  • Capture in-store content including food, lifestyle, employee culture, grand openings, and trend-based social moments
  • Edit short-form videos with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, transitions, captions, and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create high-performing, platform-native creative assets
Design & Production

  • Create marketing collateral including menus, signage, email graphics, digital ads, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials
  • Prepare production-ready files for print, large format, signage, and vendor execution
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure creative quality and accuracy
  • Manage creative asset organization and DAM systems

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in creative design, graphic design, brand marketing, content creation, or creative production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, video editing, and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)
  • Experience filming and editing content on both professional cameras and mobile devices (iPhone/social-first production)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social content trends
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, hospitality, restaurant, or retail brands preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who understands culture, internet behavior, and modern brand storytelling
  • A self-starter who can both think strategically and execute tactically
  • A creative who can move fluidly between polished brand campaigns and scrappy social content

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
